The Ancient temple reconstruction work began in 2009 to last thousands of years, the temple is being renovated completely in stone to its grand glory.
As per vedic literatures, participating in the noble work of temple construction annihilates all sins, bestows immense punya and assures Sadgathi not only to the individual but also to his/her ancestors and the generations to come.
As per the devine directions of Paramapoojya Mahaswamiji, it has been decided that a book containing the details of donors with their photographs will be maintained in the Sharada LakshmiNarasimha Swamy Temple premises after the MahaKumbhabhishekam. Paramapoojya Mahaswamiji, after the daily Pooja, would pray for the wellbeing and Shreyas of the donors and bless them with Manthrakshatha on the book. This would be for the lifetime and generations of the Donor. Besides, as declared in our sacred scriptures, serving in the construction of a temple washes away all sins and grants perpetual spiritual merit. The Skanda Purana mentions that by contributing towards temple construction, the sins committed in seven births are washed away and gains ten immense Punya accrued by Yajna, charity, pilgrimage and other austerities. Also, the individual’s ancestors attain Sadgathi.
